BBQ Chickpeas

Oven: 450F


  • 2 15oz cans of chick peaks rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce of your choice (smoke, honey bbq, spicy bbq- whatever you like!)


  1. Preheat oven to 450F
  2. Combine all ingredients, spread evenly on baking pan
  3. Roast until browned and crisp
