Get rid of seasonal allergies naturally!

th (1)3 months prior to spring- so about February- you should start consuming 1 tablespoon of Bee Pollen per day. 

Bee pollen comes from the pollen that stays trapped on the bee when it has gone pollinating local plants. They rub them off into tiny little balls of pollen. Made up of proteins, minerals and vitamins- bee pollen is not only super nutritious (try it on top of your yogurt) but also a potent remedy. 

The key to this working is that you must consume bee pollen from local bees. The reason why is that local bees interact with local plants- the same plants to which you are allergic to. In a way, you can think of it as a vaccine…. If you take bee pollen that does not contain the allergens that trigger you (because you ordered bee pollen online from another geographic area) it will not work.
