Whole Wheat Pizza

Pizza is truly the land of “anything goes”! Here is an idea to get you started but you can substitute, skip, or add any ingredients you wish…go ahead experiment- who said food can’t be fun!

1/4 cup store-bought tomato sauce

1/4 cup mozzarella cheese (If you like it a bit spicy I use Mexican mix, also can use goat cheese instead)

2 tomatoes

1 tbsp diced onion

handful spinach (or other mixed greens)

olives

Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is golden brown
