Lower body workout while brushing teeth

images9If you have time to brush your teeth, you have time to work out. No more excuses. Every bit counts. 

Since we are supposed to brush our teeth for 60 seconds, I do 3 exercises for 20 reps (seconds) each while giving my pearly whites their due time. Here is a list of lower body exercises:

1. 20 squats

2. 20 Sumo squats

3. 10 lunges on each side

4. 10 standing leg kickbacks on each side (for the booty)

5. 10 calf raises

6. wall sit

7. 10 side leg lifts on each side. (Thighs workout and good for abs)
